1. Take Butter milk, Fruit juices, Coconut water and water more. Avoid cold drinks, spice food.
2. Take 1 glass Butter milk, 1 lime juice and little sugar mix all and drink this give you some relief.
3. Peel an apple and shred it. Keep the shredded pieces in a plate for approximately 20 minutes until they turn brown in color and then eat them.
4. Slice the tender unripe bel fruit. Sundry them. Powder the slices. Take 1 teaspoon along with warm water twice a day.
5. Take every night 3 cloves of garlic chopped and boiled in milk.
6. Boil 1/4 teaspoon powdered cardamom seeds in thin tea water and drink.
7. Mix juice of 15-20 tender curry leaves with 1 teaspoon honey and drink.
8. Apply ginger juice around the navel.
9. Mash 1 ripe banana along with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp. Take twice a day.
10. Drinking a unsweetened black tea is very effective for stopping diarrhoea.
