1. If you have the habit of maintaining flower vase change flowers every day in bed rooms, this make you pleasant and have nice sleep.
2. While sleeping room should be silent or your favorite slow songs on low volume.
3. Take a glass of Luke warm milk while going to bed then you will go into sound sleep.
4. Keep aside all the stress and tensions while going to sleep.
5. Take food 2 hours before going to bed.
6. Take light food in night, avoid spices if possible or take less in quantity.
7. Before going to sleep take some Ghee or Castor oil and massage to your ledges
