1. If you take Ginger Tea you will get some relief.
2. Dip a handkerchief in white vinegar and wrap it around your head.
3. Massage forehead, temples, neck and shoulder muscles, making sure to use a little oil to prevent chafing and burning.
4. Add water to 1 tbsp ginger powder. Heat gently in a pan. Apply the warm poultice on forehead. Keep for 15 minutes.
5. Grind 10-15 Basil (Tulsi) leaves with 4 cloves (Lavangalu) and 1 teaspoon dried ginger into a paste and apply.
