1. Mix 1 teaspoon Cumin powder , Sugar and take with warm Milk after dinner every day for a few days.
2. Boil 2 teaspoon Cumin seed in ½ cup water. Filter it, mix in ½ cup Milk add 1 teaspoon Honey. Drink once a day for a few days.
3. Boil 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds in Barley water and take twice or thrice a day.
4. Frequently cook unripe papayas and eat.
5. Take ½ teaspoon finely grind Cinnamon in night along with 1 cup Milk.
