Food to decrease belly

Items Required:-
1. Horse gram - 50 grms
2. Ginger - 1grm
3. Thymol seeds powder - 1 grm
4. Cumin seeds powder - 1 grm
5. Black salt - 2-3 grms
6. Water - 1/2 ltr

Process:-
1. Add all the items into water and cook like soft soup.

Usage:-
1. Take this daily as one time food, better if taken afternoon.
2. If you do this regularly you can see good result, as horse gram creats heat in body this melts your fat internally.
