Items Required:-

1. Myrobalam Powder – 10 grams
2. Belleric Myrobalam Powder – 20 grams
3. Gooseberry Powder– 30 grams
4. Liquorices Powder– 5 grams
5. Long Pepper Powder– 5 grams
6. Honey – 70 grams
7. Sugar Candy Powder– 70 grams
8. Clarified Butter – 35 grams

Process:-

1. Take all the powders and mix well and keep it aside.
2. Take Clarified Butter and hot it until it turns into liquid.
3. Now mix the mixed powder in that liquid butter.
4. Let it cool for a while and now mix the Honey in that.
Note :- We should not mix honey in hot liquids or we should not heat honey which turns into Alcohol content.
5. Keep this mixture in Glass Bottle.

Usage:-

1. Take this daily once in the morning after brushing and don’t eat anything for an hour.
2. For children take 5 grams and for elders 10 grams.
