For black and thin people

Items Required:-
1. Barley
2. Milk
3. Sugar
4. Ghee
5. Raisins

Process:-
1. Soak barley in water overnight and aired in the morning.
2. After they are completly dried fry them and make into a rough powder like cracked rice and store in bottle.

Usage:-
1. Take 50-100 grams of this powder cook it with milk add sugar, raisins and some ghee.
2. Take this daily as evening food which removes heat in your body, improves blood circulation and improves skin color.
